Whole Wheat Bread
Submitted by Jenni LeeAdd 6 cups warm water to 7 cups whole wheat flour in a mixer (Bosch).
Add 2/3 c. honey,
2 T. salt,
2 T. yeast (SAF is best)
2/3 c. oil,
2 T. dough enhancer.
Mix.
Slowly add 3-5 more cups flour or until dough pulls away from side of mixer.
Knead in mixer 8-12 minutes. The dough should be elastic and kind of stringy-textured.
Shape and put into 4 greased loaf pans.
Let rise about 20 minutes.
Bake at 350 about 30 minutes until brown on top.
